an `03 and it was likely just out of warranty right . Back in the day if vehicle was just out of warranty some dealers would look after their clients by replacing defective part and writing it off with warranty from another vehicle. Ya I know it`s not legit but I bet they got repeat car sales from it . But I guess those days are gone. Cheaper aftermarket parts are not always the way to go either, sometimes OEM is better. just my
