It's pretty loud. I wish it was just a loose hubcap in my case too, but mine is a '94 SL2 with rims and I've made sure all the caps that cover the lug nuts are tightened. I should have mentioned that it seems not to rattle around
as much if there is weight on the passengers side...you can still hear it pretty often though, This has got me stumped.
