I assume you do not have the original? If you did, you could scan it and make a duplicate. If not, you might try calling the Buick 1-800 number and ask this question. I have never heard of anyone getting a duplicate, but you never know until you ask!
BTW, here is one from my 93 LeSabre that I scanned in two sections and then joined the sections together!
