If you want to put headers on i'd recommend a complete exhaust system replacement. I dont know if you live in an area that does emission testing, if they don't pull the cat converters and go to a large diameter pipe with some sort of full flow muffler (turbo, flowmaster, glasspack, etc.). On the intake, depends on what your wanting to put on. Overall your not going to gain alot of horses on bolt on accessories.
