My book says they make 200 HP. I just finished today working on a 90 model 5.7 that had headers and the owner said they were not worth the trouble to install. He said they made little to no differance as did the throttle body spacer they claim is so great. I can't comment on the intake issue as I know no one that has replaced one. There is a guy on Ebay that opens up these throttle bodies too flow ~ 600 cfm from 470 cfm. I'm thinking of trying that myself, it made a lot of differane on a 96 lt1 corvette I had a while back.
