If those bulbs just plug right in, I don't think they are Xenon, although I could be wrong. I was under the impression that Xenon were only used in High Intensity Discharge lamps which require a starter and ballast to work. If you just want some good replacements, I still recommend the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs or you could go with PIAA GT-X Plamsa which are a little more expensive. Most of the other bulbs sold in auto stores arent as good as these two.
