Assuming the radio is the same as in the 2005's, the answer is no.
There is a "data" input in the rear that will accomodate the factory CD changer and/or factory XM, but no real aux input.
I did quite a bit of research on this same thing. and it appears that no one sells an adapter. I even bought an adapter from PIE that looked like it would work, but it only works up to the 2003 models (IIRC). After that GM changed the type of bus and the PIE adapters don't work. PIE has no idea when/if they'll make a compatible adapter.
I ended up with a Sony stereo with a front aux input, and a Metra display unit that replicates the information display, mounted below it, both bought from Crutchfield. Works and looks great, but an expensive way to get around it.
