If you're missing paint, touch-up is the only way to replace it. If it's a scratch, you can polish it out a little bit with a scratch remover product.
If you're worried about getting the touch-up to look somooth, use a product like Langka (
www.langka.com) afterwards... it's a little like color sanding but safer.
