They're only comparable in that they're both IFS-equipped and about the same size, engine and vehicle-wise. Check for rust on the rear frame and under the body near the rear seats. If there's frame rust I'd probably find another one, frame repairs are spendy and time-consuming. Also, try and find out of the timing belt has been done, they should be changed every 60K miles. It is an interference engine, so if that belt breaks, you can usually kiss the engine good-bye.
