Building the motor to make big power is one thing. Building the rest of the car to handle it is another. Trust me, I did it backwards lol. I built a motor that made the numbers in my sig on an aborted dyno pull. Now I'm having to build the car up to handle it.
1st: what is the budget?
2nd: how much power do you want to make?
3rd: what do you want to do with the car? (street/strip or what?)
