Post Asahi Tec completes purchase of Metaldyne
Metaldyne Corp. said Thursday, Jan. 11, that its agreement to be acquired by Asahi Tec Corp. for $1.2 billion is complete. Asahi Tec, of Shizuoka, Japan, is investing $205 million of equity in Metaldyne.
