Re: 2001 Windstar Leaking purplish fluid
Just a follow up on my problem. The fluid was trans. fluid. I took it in and had to get a new torque covertor. There was a groove in the shaft of the convertor, if that makes sense to anyone. Anyway, got it fixed ($850) and have not had any more problems.
