you should probably take it to the dealer .Usually they mail out the letters about the emissions extension .but if your under 150k and not had the extension performed they usually don't give you much of a fuss about performing the proceedure .which is spark plug ,wires cap and rotor replacment and oil change .and if you have a check engine light on and codes stored related to emissions failing components they replace those failing components as well .but if your over 150k and are a loyal honda service customer they will sometimes try and help you out.if not then your out of luck
