1996 Jeep CHerokee oil pan

I have a 1996 Jeep cherokee sport with the 4.0 liter in it... Its all stock... The oil pan is very rust and seeps oil... It has been wired wheeled once and sealed over but there are some new places where its begining to leak.. I live in New York where they use salt on the roads in the winter and the jeep is only used during the winter months.

Can the oil pan be removed and replaced fairly easly without lifting the engine , messing with the tranny or 4 wheel drive components. the truck has 142k on it and I don t want to open a can of worms by distrubing everything else

Thanks for any help
