Thier are no bearings servicable inside the blower motor.
Though sometimes a few drops of oil on the shaft will quiet them down.
The blower can be accessed from the pass.side floor.
Pop off the kick panel below the glovebox.
You will see the blower motor, 3 screws hold it in.
Most parts stores carry them , 25-40$ new.
BUT, the issue is that it is getting wet to cause this.
Thiers a HVAC drain under the hood on the firewall.
Most likly its plugged and allowing the water to collect in the blower area.
A stiff wire or compressed air will usually remove such debrie.
