I have found an engine at Jason Youngs place (92 w/80,000) that he says runs nice. I will pick it up Friday, 5/24. Jason says that the reason these engines are having rod and rocker arm problems is sludge buildup in the engines due to "low rev" driving. He suggests that this sludge slows or stops the flow in the oiling tubes and lack of oil to the right place causes WEAR and FAILURE. He wants me to keep the revs up to clean out the tubes and get the floating junk back into the filter. It's a theory he thinks is proven by the failures he's seen. Just FYI
