Start the van and turn on the blower. Simultaniously push the top and bottom wiper buttons on the left side of the ventilation control panel for 5 seconds. All the lights on the panel will light up. Then two lights on the left side will alternately flash for about two minutes and you'll hear the ventilation modes cycle. When just the top light on the left side slowly flashes push that button and you're done. All lights should be out and you should be back to normal. Restart the van a few times and make sure. This is the ventilation control calibration test and it resets the ventilation system computer.

The dealer would have called you back in an hour and said "Mr cgtomahawk, you are a lucky man. All we had to do was calibrate the vent system and the fee is only $80." You would have thought ," I'm sure glad these guys have the know how and equipment to save me all that money". The equipment....two fingers, the know how...a couple sentences in a book.

This could be a good press to test for your dealership. Call them and tell them somebody told you I need to do a ventilation system calibration to fix this and you would like to know how. If they tell you thank your lucky stars you have a dealership with some common sense. If not, take your business elsewhere in the future. Cheers.
