Clean the sensor surface and the ABS rotor. It looks like a gear with flat teeth. There could be mud packed inbetween the teeth on the rotor. There will be a black rubber like line to each wheel. Not the brake line to the calipers or drum. There's either a phillips screw or 10mm nut that holds a metal fastener in place and you lift that out and there's your sensor.
