Engine Off; Battery Voltage @ 12.5 Volts. Engine Idle; Alternator Charging Normally @ A Steady 14.5 Volts. Engine Off; I Disconnect The Evr Connector And Hook Up A Digital Volt Meter. I Turn The Key On And I Get 12.5 Volts. I Then Turn The Engine On And I Get A Fluctuation Of 14.7-19.2 Volts At The Evr Connector. Is This Normal? If Not,,, What Is The Problem?
