I see that old wives tale is still alive and kicking. To disprove it is easy ...... Turn the volume ALL the way down - is the noise still there ? of course it is ! How much power do you think is going thru the power wire, the RCA's or the speakers wires ? Only what the car is radiating - which obviously NOT coming from any of the stereo components
