I never dreamed I would join a car board and I see this isn't a very busy forum but I am in desperate need of help. I have an 85 that the headlights stopped working on. So far we have replaced the headlight relay, bulbs, and sockets. We are down to either needing a new switch or a wireing problem. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do now? How do we test for either problem? This is our only car, my husband goes back to work in a few days and will have to drive after dark , there is no one close that he can ride with and we can't afford the $80 an hour shops want just to look at it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated even if it is a temperary fix and not the "right" way to do it.
