With ignition to on do you get the instrument panel (IP) lights? Check the battery terminals where the cables hook up and make sure 12 volts is present at the engine compartment fuse box and starter solenoid "S" terminal. Possibilities are security related Passkey III problem, ignition switch, transmission range-neutral/park switch, crank relay, blown fuse, wiring/cabling or starter/solenoid.
