Morpheus will correct me if I'm wrong, but there are three S15 Silvias in the Japanese market.
The Spec S is the naturally aspirated model, the Spec R is the turbo model, and the Varietta is the hardtop convertible. I'm not sure which engine is in the Varietta.
If it says "Aero," it means it has the factory Nissan body parts attached, like a spoiler, a different front air dam, etc...
