Note that he doesn't say that "the first 13 were signed", just that 13 cars were.
I can't find any visual evidence of chassis #009 being signed, but chassis #073 and the car believed to be chassis #059 are both signed on the right chassis spar. Also, chassis #013 seen below, while signed by Murray on the brake balance foil, is not signed by the chassis plate like chassis #007 and others we have seen.
I just don't see how the Tag Heuer car can be anything but #012.
