to answer the first question:
It depends on how mechanically inclined you are. If you've only put gas in your car and poured in wiper fluid, I'd say you will need alot of help or have a shop do it. If you've done stuff like a clutch install or done brakes its not going to be too bad.

to answer the second: try asking owners around your area for a motor or you can try engine warehouses. The JDM 13b turbo and USDM 13b turbo are exactly the same except that the writing on the intercooler is different, so get whatever version you prefer.

I found a JDM version that was cheap from a warehouse so i got it.
