Yea sorry for all the confusion.
What i meant to say is like can i get a "shinny" black finish from a flat black with a clear coat?
So then I guess im better off with buying a gloss black and polishing it off then right?
Well ill primer it out first, then ill debate on what to do.
But thanx for everyones help.
