Here was my problem. Over the summer had a problem with 2 of my rims, they got damaged and all air was leaking out. So I put my old OEM rims on the back. The rear had 15" and the front had 16" Due to the difference in tire size my 4wd wouldn't engage. I changed back to OEM rims all the way around and 4wd is perfect. After thinking about this I did a search on the forum and it is mentioned that all tires need to be the same on 4x4.

Thanks for all your help.
Why are posting this in a separate thread?

Post this where it belongs and that is at the end of your problem thread.

Also, tire and rim size plays a role in this.
