I am 36, and have lived in San Diego for 20 years. Moved here for a short tour in Uncle Sam's yacht club (NAVY). I think you might be referring to the "Silver Fox". It is recognized as one of San Diego's top "dive bars". One of my favorites as well. It is located in Pacific Beach and has been a regular stop. How long did you stay in San Diego?
