Maybe just get a complete rear end w/discs from an auto salvage yard?
Another thought, although it's probably more work and cost, would be to put the larger 1LE-style front brakes on your car. The fronts provide most of the stopping power anyway so the biggest gain in braking performance would come from improvments there.
