Pay attention.
Go for a 10 miles drive and get the engine and tranny warmed up.
Park and leave the engine running.
With you foot on the brake, go through all the gears from park to 1 and back up to park and hold it in each step for 20 seconds on the way down and on the way up.
Do not touch the gas when cycling through the gears.
Then check the fluid level.
