As Dr98 mentioned, the two horns are mounted in the left front corner above the fender apron. Per the service manual, the steps to replace the horns is as follows:
1. Raise and support the hood.

2. Remove the horn bracket bolt.

3. Remove the fender apron bolts.

4. Position the fender apron aside.

5. Remove the horn.

-Disconnect the electrical connector.

-Remove the horn.
