The Head Bolts are aligned differently between the earlier block and later heads. Some of the 16 or so so bolts align pretty well. About 3 do not align. You would have to weld and re-machine the original block to torque these later heads on to the correct threads for a good alignment. There are differing gaskets as well. Timing belt would be a hybrid between the Z31 and the Z32. ECUs would have to be swapped, differing wiring harness, many differing sensors.
