have you removed and cleaned the IAC in the tbi unit yet, have the TPS tested or find the instructions online or from a technician on how to test it with a multimeter

make sure the fuel pressure is normal and that the O2 sensor is ok, as they dont last forever either
the flat spot in the throttle sounds like fuel delivery or TPS issue, the TPs is one of the sensors involved with fuel delivery, so...
