How the hell did you get 2.2 liters of displacement?
For my 450 hp, I am going to get a PTE 54 or 57 trim. Check them out on extremepsi, $740. I think the 54 trims max around 480 and the 57 trims around 530. Maybe a 60 trim would be better since that would make more power on lower boost, I think they max around 580. But at lower to moderate boost levels that should be able to make 450 pretty decent. If he has money, there is a local guy selling his brand new PTE 60 trim for $650. If you want the link let me know, I will PM it to you.

Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order.
