For 1 & 2, I don't know of a software solution to those and doubt a dealer would touch them due to liability concerns. Check your PM's for a harware solution for DRL killing. As far as the w/s wiper thing, maybe that is an option? but maybe not as GM is continuously decontenting the GMT360 platform.
