I figured something got in there..If you still have the blower motor out, Check and make sure that thing still works before you put all of that back together, The drag on the blower motor could make it go bad. If not, Great. If so..I'd hate to pull it out twice.. As for your heater core,, that sucks.. Good luck with it and keep us posted..
