Backfiring?!?
Ok, so my jeep isn't stock anymore but I hope someone can still help me. I did an axle swap and put a non vacuum dana 44 under the front. After losing my vacuum reservoir and getting a new one, I realized I still had all the old lines from the T case to the front dana 30, so I went and I plugged them all. I plugged the 4 for the T Case plug and the 3 for the front axle disconnect. I then started my jeep and it started better than before, but now at above 3k rpms, it starts to backfire when it drops back down again. Anyone know what might be causing this?
PS - My alternator is dead so it is just running on a weak charge from the battery, haven't gotten the money for the new alternator yet...
