I figured it out. Very Easy!
For future reference for anyone else...

Use a screwdriver or a razor blade wrapped in tape.
Stick your tool in the top corner of the finish pannel around the cd-player.
Pry it out until the clips pop out of place.
Repeat on other top corner.
Do the same on the sides toward the middle.
Your cover should be off.
There are four 7mm bolts holding the cd-player in place with brackets.
Unscrew them and your cd-player is free.
