I see I have started a debate
About the front Lip:
-I didn't know Mugen made a lip for the Non-JDM 98+ Teg?
-I have never even seen an RS kit for the 98+ Tegs? Do you mean the W-Type?
-The Tsunami lip is more rigid than the one in the pic. Here is the Tsunami:
About the sides:
-Could be WW, that was my first guess, but after looking on the WW web site they look to have different curves. But it may just be the angle and the fact that the WW pics suck (See above).
-Could be Mugen sides, what do you all think?
About the rear:
-Could be WW once again (Damn their pics suck!!!)
-Don't know what a Mugen rear looks like?
-Could it be the OEM body kit rear?

After looking this over, this COULD be the the WW W-Type kit shown above but their pics suck so much (not to mention the graphics on the car
) that I can't tell what that kit really looks like!! Here is another pic that looks to have the same Lip/Sides as the ones in question:
