the common cause of a bad A/F ratio on the 1.9 engine is cause by a bad engine coolant temp sensor. but lets start with that throttle body first. if you remove the intake tube you can spray carb and choke cleaner directly into the thottle body, also just below the throttle plate you will a air passige, this is for the idle air control solenoid, clean in there really well. if it is easly for you, remove the IAC from the throttle body to ensure its clean.
