Rick,
Have a little look at my progress thread and you will see what I have done with the dashboard for my
Stratos. I would suggest keeping the dash matt black, the clocks and edges gloss black and pick out the relevant lights in polished alu. Once this is dry clear coat over the top of them in the appropriate colour.
There is no secret to this apart from patience and a steady hand, dont put too much paint on your brush too.
Best of luck - build looks excellent otherwise and good recovery with the decals.
