Not all electronic contact cleaner will work. For example, Radio Shacks will not. Most car parts places sell contact cleaner that
doesn't leave a residue. Make SURE it says "Leaves no residue" on the can. As far as your rust problem, it all depends on if Ford has a record of your mileage. Like Clint Eastwood once said "
