I've never heard of dropping the tranny like that, I like that idea. Where my parts car is now (and where its going to get parted) using a cherry picker isnt really an option and I've always been a little worried about how its going to come out. Well shit, we'll just strip everything down, take out the tranny like that, pull off the head, and then unbolt the block and just go in for it manually. Heh. Man I cant wait to work on cars again.
