I am having the exact same problem with my 97 tracker blowing fuses. However with mine, when the headlights are on, the left signal works fine but the right signal just stays on solid - no flashing and is stays lite on the dash indicator at all times. Then when the headlights are off the right signal flashes dim and slow until it stops, but ALL of the interior lights (dash, stereo EVERYTHING!) flashes even though all of these lights are off. Did you ever find out what your cause was? I just thought maybe you could give me a few ideas. Thanks for any help.
