Post Asbury Automotive Group announces public offering
NEW YORK (Reuters) -- Car dealership Asbury Automotive Group Inc. said that shareholder Asbury Automotive Holdings LLC has agreed to sell 3,072,856 shares of the company's common stock in a public offering.
