Yes, even with those mods. The only mods that are really meaning anything is the exhaust. At 14 psi on a t28, the turbo isn't really flowing enough air to need a front mount so you'd be fine with the smic, and IMO, the tubular manifold only really counts power wise when you're pushing some pretty serious numbers and you need ALL the flow you can get.
