post what you find out... by the way, im assuming that you are relocating the shifter to the floor, since shifting on the column is just asking for accidentally shifting up two gears instead of just one. i lucked out and the dude before me put a cool little shifter out of a malibu or something in the floor and you just pop it up for each gear change. i used to powerbrake like nothing else with that mother trucker until i took the whole truck apart to restore it (its been two years, and thats a long time to have to drive a honda accord :-)
