I would just use what training I have. I could treat the injured, and fuck some terrorists up no problem.
On another note. Playing flight simulator and flying a plane are completely different things.
One big difference is you have yaw peddles. If you don't use those you are gonna fuck yourself.
But with planes these days, they can almost land themselves.
