Did you check the fuse box under the hood, the big maxi fuses ?

The SVS light indicates theirs something wrong , probly the Zones scanner wasnt able to read the code.

The BCM can only be checked by at stealership.

Also did you open up the rear tail light housing?
Did you notice any rust or corrosion?

They are known to get wet and corrode and short things out, which will throw a svs light and a code.
