I'm not really to sure but it sounds like you might have a problem with your BCM. I would suggust that you take your car to somewhere where they can scan it for codes. Post your code/codes and I'm sure someone like Xero should be able to assist you on a direction to go in.
Sorry I'm not positive but I haven't had that problem.
